It’s a little tough to read, but it looks like Beta-Amyloid first forms as a double molecule (Dimer) which is dissolvable(not a plaque) and bis(7)-tacrine can be used to remove it (in lab experiments).

Sorry, in my previous post, the uppermost link on the soluble beta-amyloid dimer did not work. I have since edited it. Now it works.
