I have come across some articles on curcumin which sound interesting. The big problem seems to be to get it in a form that will reach the brain from our blood. Some are saying that adding peperine helps. Others have mixed it with warm oils (like olive oil).
Here are a few links:

Does anyone else have any experience or opinions on this?

John—Charlie and I have both been taking 1160 mg of Turmeric Extract in capsule form each day for a few months. I can’t honestly say that I’ve seen or felt any change…but…The stuff is cheap enough and supposedly has other benefits. We’ve added it to our permanent daily regimen.
If you buy the kind Bioperine you won’t have to add black pepper.

Thanks for the input, Jerry. Since you didn’t mention it, I presume that your using the pepper did not noticeably increase the potency of any other meds that you guys are taking.
