    what a terrible word that is, exercise, mind u I think that it does help,exercising the body as well as the mind, mind u think its impportant for a lot of people not just those suffering dementia/alz, but I do find that keeping aware of what is happening in the world, getting out and about with friends/family,doing some puzzles etc, is of benefit, so what do others think? 😆

    If you want to keep your body and mind active then it is to be recommended that you should do yoga on regular basis. Yoga is only technique which gives relaxation to your mind and body.
