I find that is best for me, just taking each day as it comes, and trying to find things to be grateful for, (sound familiar, Oprah show) by golly it works too. Think the main thing I find difficult is that I can no longer multi tasks as well as I used to, really need to concentrate on one thing at a time, also needed to learn then when i am tired I need to rest as it is then that things go wrong.
Its great to laugh at one’s self tho I have found, you know those times when u cannot remember where your glasses are, or try to make pumpkin soup and get so mixed up it turns out terrible(me) , think for me anyway it has been a relearning time, making lists, putting down where I need to go in town, what I need to buy, working out the difficult things at times when I am fresh(not tired) and trying to have a laugh now and then helps a lot. cheers 😆
