    Dear Forum,
I am trying to decide if this is a possible cause of my symptoms. I am a 53 year old male. I once was an exercise fanatic, and went on long bike rides with little nutrition until afterwards. I became very dehydrated. This lasted for a few years. My kidney function is about 1/2 normal.
For the past few years, I have had a progression of the following:
Brain Fog: Worse when at rest. Just no energy; and great difficulty concentrating and thinking. Dizziness and confusion.
Lessened greatly by physical activity and eating. Best when fully rested, worse when tired. Seems to be related to blood flow; better when heart rate is up; worse when heart rate and blood pressure are low.
    Mild Headache
    Thank you!
    Sincerely,
    Mike

Please see a reputable doctor Mike ~ these don’t sound classic indications but everyone is slightly different and a diagnosis (of whatever) should hopefully lead to helpful medication and the sooner the better for your well-being.Take care and good luck.
