Campaign Story

This spring, I’ll be running the Napa Marathon in memory of my grandma Marge, who passed away after her long journey with dementia. Watching her go through that experience, and seeing the impact it had on our whole family, has made this cause deeply personal to me.

Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia affect millions of families every year, yet there’s still so much we don’t understand about how to prevent or treat them. By running this marathon, I hope to raise both awareness and funds for research that can bring us closer to better treatments and, one day, a cure.
